What time is possible to check in?

Check in from 14.00.


What time is possible to check out?

Check out max within 11.00.


What time is the reception open?

Reception available 24 hours.


Which are the languages spoken at the Reception?

Italian, English, French, Spanish.


Is there a car parking for clients?

Yes, there is a free car parking in front of the main entrance. Please get your personal key from the Reception


How many floors are there? Does the hotel provide a lift?

There are two floors: on the first one you can find Reception, Bar,Restaurant and part of the rooms; on the second floor you can find rooms. The hotel provides a lift.


Are there any particular architectural barriers?

No there are not. All the locations are designed in accordance with law in order to guarantee free accessibility for disabled people.


How many rooms are there?

There are 75 rooms, all of them can be also considered as double single use and it is possible to add an extra bed in all of them.


Do the rooms dispose of a balcony?

Yes they do, they all dispose of balconies.


Which are the available facilities in the rooms?

Each room disposes of private toilet with shower, hairdryer , courtesy kit, phone, satellite tv, safe, minibar and air conditioning.


Is there an internet connection available?

Yes, there is a free wireless connection by the lobby


What time is breakfast?

Buffet Breakfast is from h 07.30 till h 10.00.


Is there a Bar?

Yes there is.


What time is lunch and dinner?

Lunchtime from h 12.45 to h 14.00 - Dinnertime from h 20.00 till h 21.45.It is possible to have extra meals getting through the Reception


Which kind of menu does the restaurant offer?

Our Restaurant will delight our guests with local products, where the rustic recipes and the traditional cuisine are melted in a simple and genuine taste.


Are drinks included in the half board prices?

No, they are considered as an extra charge.


How many people can the restaurant guest?

Is it open to the public? Our restaurant welcomes till 140 people and the service is strictly dedicated to our guests.


Is it possible to have room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes it is possible , please get through the Reception .Extra charge Eur 5,00.


Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, there is.Please leave your garments to the cleansing staff or to the Reception. The price is up to the quality and quantity of the garments. The delivery is generally within 48 hours.


Are animals allowed?

No, they are not allowed.


Is the use of swimming pool included in the price?

Yes, the service is included in your stay. Open from 09.00 am till 12.30 pm and from 3.00 pm till 7.00 pm. It is forbidden to use the swimming pool off this timetable. Hydromassage pools have an extra charge corresponding to Eur 9,00 per person per day.


How wide is the swimming pool?

It is 300 m².


How wide is the garden?

It is 3000 m².


Are there any particular agreements with the Beauty Center?

In order to get your personal treatment it is necessary to reserve it in advance by the Beauty Center. All our guest will get a 5% discount.


Is it possible to arrange meetings ?

Yes it is. Our hotel disposes of 2 meeting rooms (20 places each)


Which is the distance from the hotel to the sea?

Our hotel is located at 40 metres from the sea only. Via Veneto is off Lungomare Circe, so you just need to pass through it and cross the road.It is also possible to have the Beach Service by two contracted beach resorts .


How far is the bust stop?

The 2 bus stops (Lungomare Circe and Viale Europa) are at about 20 metres from the hotel. Please refer to reception for any information about scheduled times of bus, trains and excursions.


Is it possible to rent cars, motorcycles and bikes?

Yes it is, just refer to the reception staff to get all the information about taxi, transfer and car, bikes and motorcycles rent.


Which is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is “Terracina Station” at about 4 km from the hotel, but since it is very small, there are just few trains from and to Rome. So we suggest you to consider “Monte San Biagio Station” that is at about 15 km from our hotel and where you can find taxis outside or bus going to Terracina.


Is there a Transfer Service from the airport to the hotel?

It is possible to arrange it contacting the reception staff .


Is it necessary to send a deposit in order to confirm the reservation?

Yes it is, we need a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer, credit card and Paypal.


How can I pay my stay?

We accept cash and credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).

Which are the penalties in case of cancellation?

Penalty of 20% if the communication is made on the 14th day before the date of the arrival:

30% if the communication isa made from the 13th to the 4th day before the date of the arrival;

50% if the communication is made in the last three days;

no penalty when the cancellation dues to circumstances beyond one's control (public calamities, strikes, epidemics, etc);

100% no show.
